Let us help you grow your own food and inspire your recipes to nourish your family, and hold you through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. When you need someone to hold you while you hold your newborn, to talk through postpartum or birth preparations, to cook or clean or care for you, Motherfolk is there for you to lean on.
Prenatal Doula Support
Planning for a new addition can be a lot. A doula can offer physical, emotional, and educational support so it doesn’t feel like you’re in it alone. Whether it’s answering questions, helping you build a birth plan that fits your desires, or helping you prep some freezer meals for postpartum, our Prenatal Doula Support is designed for you.
Postpartum Doula Support
Everyone’s experience giving birth is unique, and everyone can benefit from being held and supported postpartum. It can be a raw, emotional, and exhausting time. Our Postpartum Doula Support offers a person in your corner, to cook or clean or hold your little one while you rest, or just sit and talk. While you’re giving yourself to your family, your Doula is there for you.
Total Doula Package
Be supported both prenatal and postpartum exactly how you choose. Our Total Support Package combines doula support before and after birth, to give you someone in your corner through the whole journey. Before birth, we’ll work with you to choose the birth that you want, and plan for a postpartum where you’ll be nourished and cared for.

Garden Consultation
Trying to nourish your family but don’t know what’s going on with your garden? Book us for a 1 hour consultation where we will answer any questions you have or offer any feedback or advice for you to achieve your dream garden.
Investment: $150 Virtual, $250 In Person
Garden Design
Don’t know where to start? Allow us to visit, survey your space, hear from you about your garden goals, and help develop a digital design for you to keep with recommendations on supplies and planting. You’ll be nourishing you and your family with a garden made just for you!
